Refund policy

You have 30 working days to return an item.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@ashmereclub.com

The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.

Once we have received your return, it will take 4-7 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or colour? This is possible.

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placement.
