Refund policy
Returns
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away at info@ashmereclub.com. In these cases we cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or colour? This is possible - just get in touch and we'll help you sort it out.
Return shipping
Returns ship to the address we provide after approval. You are responsible for:
- Paying return shipping costs
- Choosing a reliable carrier
- Proper packaging and labeling
We cannot refund or replace returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Cancellation window (2 hours)
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us directly. After that window your order is already being prepared and we can no longer cancel it — you'll need to wait for delivery and follow the standard return process if needed.
Refunds
We'll let you know as soon as we've received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process the refund.
